CHECK IN

please read ALL info listed below... we know it's a lot to go through, but it's important that everyone knows what's going on so we can get you in the gates as quickly as possible.

*Online tickets sales will end on Wednesday, September 19th, at 8PM.  After this time, tickets can only be purchased in person, beginning at 9AM on Thursday, September 20th at the Medicine Stone Box Office at Diamondhead Resort.

*No access to the festival campgrounds prior to Thursday, September 20th. 


Check-in at the Medicine Stone festival grounds will begin at 9am on Thursday, September 20th. 

upon arriving to Diamondhead Resort on thursday morning, security will direct you through a check-in line where you will need to present the following items in order to pick up wristbands for the event:

*Printed copy of your Medicine Stone receipt

*Valid drivers license of the person who’s name the reservation was made under

 


EARLY check-in

In order to save time and avoid long lines on Thursday morning, we are offering early check-in again this year!

 

Early Check-in is on Wednesday, September 19th, from 4PM to 8PM at The Gravel Bar at Diamondhead Resort!

 

  • Designated will-call person for each order is the only person able to pick up the order at the Box Office. 
  • All wristbands in each order are picked up by the designated will-call person at one time.  
  • Designated will-call person is responsible for distributing all wristbands in his/her order to his/her group.
  • Orders must be placed prior to Tuesday, September 18th, at 11:59PM in order to be eligible for Early Check-In.  Orders placed after this will be available beginning at 9AM on Thursday, September 20th. 
  • NO single day tickets are eligible for pick-up up at Early Check-in.
  • No purchases available during Early Check-in.
  • Everyone in your vehicle must have their wristbands ON if in the early check-in line or you will be asked to move the general check-in line.

Come check-in and pick up your wristbands on Wednesday, September 19th from 4PM-8PM at The Gravel Bar at Diamondhead Resort.  If you pick up your wristbands in advance, you will be able to drive through a separate, expedited lane once you come through the gates on Thursday morning to set up your campsite! In order to ensure this line moves as quickly as possible, it is important that everyone in your vehicle has their WRISTBANDS on and visible so our security can easily check your vehicle and wave you through.

**important:  there will be NO camping allowed on the festival grounds until Thursday so please make other lodging arrangements for Wednesday night if you plan on arriving before Thursday, September 2oth.**

FESTIVAL GUIDELINES

  • You must have a valid wristband to gain entrance to the Diamondhead Resort grounds. No exceptions.

 

  • Children 10 and under are free but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who has purchased ticket(s) to the event.

 

  • You may bring food, drinks (including alcoholic beverages), and other camping necessities with you to your campsite. However, outside food and drinks are NOT permitted within the concert gates/venues.

 

  • No backpacks, or any other large bags, are allowed inside the concert gates. Purses and small bags to carry personal items are allowed but will be searched upon entrance to the concert area.

 

Single day tickets do not include parking.  Parking is available on site for $25/vehicle.

CAMPING GUIDELINES

*No overnight camping allowed w/o a Roughin’ It pass/wristband

 

*Glass containers are prohibited from the Diamondhead Resort grounds. 

*You may keep one vehicle parked at your campsite – all additional vehicles must park in the PAID general parking lot. 

*No personal ATVs or golf carts are allowed.

*Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash at all times.  WE WILL ASK YOU TO KINDLY REMOVE YOUR PET(S) FORM THE PROPERTY IF WE RECEIVE COMPLAINTS REGARDING YOUR PET'S BEHAVIOR.

*Pets are not permitted within the concert gates NOR IN THE GRAVEL BAR.

*Pending any county issued burn-bans, small campfires are allowed.

*"Roughin' It" campsites are available on a first come, first choice basis.

*Reserved camping spots on Dark & Dirty Mile, Morgan Street, Fire Up the Bass, EASTON & MAIN, AND NORMAL STREET will be clearly marked/blocked off for individuals who purchased those packages.

*Dark & Dirty Mile, Morgan Street, and Fire Up the Bass reserved camping spots are assigned in the order the purchase is received.

*Each Dark & Dirty Mile, Morgan Street, and Fire Up the Bass reserved camping spots includes 4 (four) three-day access passes to the event. If you have more than four members in your camping group, you can purchase a Roughin’ It pass for each additional person(s).

*RV upgrades for Roughin' It camping packages are also available to purchase. 

*The upgrade packages are available to purchase from our website and will also be available to purchase on site upon check-in. 

*Please keep in mind that space is limited and based on a first come, first choice basis.

*RV upgrades do not include electrical or water hook ups so make sure your camper/RV is self-sufficient!

*Fires must be in fire approved fire pit or fire ring

*No personal ATVs/Gators/Golf Carts allowed

*No glass allowed

*Pets allowed; must be on a leash at all times and are not allowed inside the concert gates

*One car per campsite only, additional cars must move to the general lot. 

*Be respectful of your neighbors and aware of your surroundings. 

*Medicine Stone staff reserves the right to ask you to move vehicles at your site to the main parking lot. 

*Chairs and Blankets are allowed inside the gated concert area. 

*No outside food or drink allowed in concert area.

*No large purses or backpacks (per the discretion of Medicine Stone security).

*No Umbrellas.

*No professional cameras or video equipment allowed.

*No drones allowed on the campgrounds.


motel livin'

 

*All Motel Livin' purchasers are advised to check-in at your hotel first and then ride the shuttle service to Medicine Stone to pick up your wristbands. 

*For your initial ride to the festival grounds in the shuttles, use your one-time shuttle pass that you receive upon check-in at the hotel. 

*Check directly with your assigned hotel for specific check-in and check out times! 

*Shuttles are a FREE service for all Motel Livin' purchasers as long as you are wearing your Medicine Stone "shuttle service" wristband.  You will receive this wristband upon checking-in at Diamondhead Resort.

*Shuttles run approximately every 30 minutes to and from each hotel and Diamondhead Resort.  

*Last shuttle pick-up from Medicine Stone is at 2AM each night so plan accordingly! 


 

PARKING

*Single day tickets do not include parking.  Parking is available on site for $25/vehicle.

Parking is $25 per vehicle per day.

**The general parking lot is well lit and patrolled regularly by Tahlequah sheriffs and on-site security officers 24 hours/day**

 


Concert Area Rules

 

*Chairs and Blankets are allowed inside the gated concert area. 

*No outside food or drink allowed in concert area.

*No large purses or backpacks (per the discretion of Medicine Stone security).

*No Umbrellas.
