please read ALL info listed below... we know it's a lot to go through, but it's important that everyone knows what's going on so we can get you in the gates as quickly as possible.

Check-in at the Medicine Stone festival grounds will begin at 9am on Thursday, September 21st. 

In order to save time and avoid long lines on Thursday morning, we are offering early check-in again this year!

Come check-in and pick up your wristbands on Wednesday, September 20th from 4PM-8PM at The Gravel Bar at Diamondhead Resort.  If you pick up your wristbands in advance, you will be able to drive through a separate, expedited lane once you come through the gates on Thursday morning to set up your camp! In order to ensure this line moves as quickly as possible, it is important that everyone in your vehicle has their WRISTBANDS on and visible so our security can easily check your vehicle and wave you through.

**important:  there will be NO camping allowed on the festival grounds until Thursday so please make other lodging arrangements for Wednesday night if you plan on arriving before Thursday, September 21st.**

Once arriving at Diamondhead Resort on thursday morning, security will direct you through a check-in line where you will need to present the following items in order to pick up wristbands for the event:

*Printed copy of your Medicine Stone receipt

*Valid drivers license of the person who’s name the reservation was made under

You must have a valid wristband to gain entrance to the Diamondhead Resort grounds. No exceptions.

Children 10 and under are free but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who has purchased ticket(s) to the event.

You may bring food, drinks (including alcoholic beverages), and other camping necessities with you to your campsite. However, outside food and drinks are NOT permitted within the concert gates.

No backpacks, or any other large bags, are allowed inside the concert gates. Purses and small bags to carry personal items are allowed but will be searched upon entrance to the concert area.


Glass containers are prohibited from the Diamondhead Resort grounds. 

You may keep one vehicle parked at your campsite – all additional vehicles

must park in the general parking lot at a price of $10 per vehicle per day.

No personal ATVs or golf carts are allowed.

Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash at all times.

Pets are not permitted within the concert gates.

Pending any county issued burn-bans, small campfires are allowed. "Roughin' It" campsites are available on a first come, first choice basis.

Reserved camping spots on Dark & Dirty Mile, Morgan Street, and Fire Up the Bass will be clearly marked/blocked off for individuals who purchased those packages.

Dark & Dirty Mile, Morgan Street, and Fire Up the Bass reserved camping spots are assigned in the order the purchase is received.

Each Dark & Dirty Mile, Morgan Street, and Fire Up the Bass reserved camping spots includes 4 (four) three-day access passes to the event. If you have more than four members in your camping group, you can purchase a Roughin’ It pass for each additional person(s).

RV upgrades for Roughin' It camping packages are also available to purchase. 

The upgrade packages are available to purchase from our website and will also be available to purchase on site upon check-in. 

Please keep in mind that space is limited and based on a first come, first choice basis.

RV upgrades do not include electrical or water hook ups so make sure your camper/RV is self-sufficient!
